Our ISO 9001 and CMMI certified Quality Management System has been specifically documented, implemented, and maintained to ensure we provide timely delivery of high quality products and services for increased customer satisfaction by enabling:

Objective evaluation of the performed processes, work products, and services against the applicable process descriptions, standards, and procedures
Identification and documentation of the non-compliance issues
Feedback provision to project staff and managers on the results of quality assurance activities
Monitoring and improvement of the software engineering process to ensure the adopted standards and procedures are observed and the flaws are detected and dealt with in a timely manner
Timely resolution of the non-compliance issues
